The challenge
Nobody in the room has a free hand.
Requests arrive all day, and all day every stylist is mid-service. The phone rings out, DMs are read at 19:00, and the client who asked at 11:00 has already booked somewhere that answered. The salon is busy and still losing new clients steadily.
Booking by hand also means knowing that a colour needs two hours, that one stylist does not do extensions, and which column is already full. It is a skill, and when the person who has it is off, the day gets booked wrong.
- New-client requests answered hours after they were sent
- Appointments booked into the wrong duration or the wrong stylist
- A waiting list nobody has the hands to phone through
What we built
The assistant knows the durations, the stylists and the day.
Two services as one system. Nobody has to stop working to book anyone.
AI receptionists & chatbots
Answers in seconds on Instagram and WhatsApp, at any hour. It knows each service’s duration and which stylists offer it, so it only ever offers slots that actually work — then confirms, reminds, and refills the slot if the client cancels.
- Books the right service, duration and stylist
- Confirmations and reminders sent automatically
- Cancellations offered to the waiting list within minutes
- Works in darja, French and Arabic, voice notes included
Intelligent ERP & CRM
One agenda across all four stylists and one record per client, with the service history and preferences attached — so any stylist can pick up a returning client without asking them to explain themselves again.
- One live agenda across every stylist
- Client records with formulas, preferences and history
- Waiting list matched to freed slots automatically
- Revenue and service mix per stylist, per week
Modeled results
What the model shows
Modeled over a quarter at constant inquiry volume. The gain comes from replying during working hours, not from more advertising.
These figures are modeled for an illustrative salon of this size. They are not measured results from a named client.
What this looks like for you
A salon’s booking window and its working window are the same eight hours. Anything that can take a booking without occupying a pair of hands converts requests you are currently losing by default.
