The challenge
Buying intent does not survive an hour.
Someone sees a piece on Instagram and asks whether it exists in their size. Answering means finding the item, checking the rail, and coming back — while also serving whoever is in the shop. The reply lands an hour later, or the next morning, and by then the interest is gone.
On a good week that is several hundred messages, most of them variations of the same four questions. The owner answers them personally because nobody else knows the stock, which means the business cannot grow past what one person can type.
- Product questions answered too late to convert
- The owner personally answering hundreds of repeat questions a week
- Sales taken as message threads, with no record to count or reorder from
What we built
The assistant answers from the same system that holds the stock.
The ERP is what makes the assistant useful — without live stock it would only be a faster way to say "let me check".
AI receptionists & chatbots
Answers size, colour, price and delivery questions in seconds from live inventory. If the item is there it reserves it and takes the order; if it is not, it offers what is and flags the demand.
- Live stock answers, not a static FAQ
- Reserves the item and takes the order in the same thread
- Suggests alternatives when something is out of stock
- Works in darja, French and Arabic, voice notes included
Intelligent ERP & CRM
One inventory shared by the shop, Instagram and WhatsApp, so stock is right everywhere at once. Sales attach to customer records, and demand for out-of-stock items is captured instead of lost.
- One live inventory across shop and every channel
- Sales per product and per channel
- Out-of-stock demand recorded, so reordering is informed
- Customer records with full purchase history
Modeled results
What the model shows
Modeled over a quarter at constant inquiry volume and constant advertising spend.
These figures are modeled for an illustrative boutique of this size and channel mix. They are not measured results from a named client.
What this looks like for you
If answering "is this available" requires a person to go and look, your reply time is capped by your staffing. Connecting the answer to live stock removes that ceiling entirely.
