Terms of Service

What we offer

RC AI Solutions provides three services: AI-powered receptionists & chatbots (appointment scheduling, reservations, 24/7 customer support across channels), intelligent ERP & CRM (centralized inventory, sales and customer management with AI on top), and custom websites. A client engagement covers one or more of these, scoped in that client’s own agreement.

Credits & billing

Paid plans are usage-based: a client buys a monthly volume of conversations (and, on eligible plans, voice minutes), pooled across every connected channel rather than billed per platform.

Unused credits roll over, capped at one month’s allowance, and expire after two billing cycles. Once usage approaches the included volume, the client is notified and may top up in advance at a lower rate or continue on the plan’s standard terms; the assistant is never switched off for running over. Whether overage beyond that is billed is set out in each client’s own agreement at signature.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate another person or business, to collect data unlawfully, or for any purpose that violates the policies of the underlying channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, and similar).

AI-generated responses

The AI answers, qualifies and books using automated, generated responses. It is built to be accurate and on-brand for the business it represents, but it is not infallible. Neither the business using it nor RC AI Solutions guarantees that every automated response is complete or error-free, and anything urgent, medical, legal or otherwise sensitive should be confirmed by a human before being relied on.

Availability

We aim for the service to be available continuously, but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime — maintenance, upstream provider outages (hosting, messaging platforms, AI providers) and similar events can cause temporary disruption.

Intellectual property

The RC AI Solutions name, brand and the underlying platform remain our property. A client owns their own business data (customer records, conversation history, content they provide) processed through the service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RC AI Solutions’ liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees paid for that service in the preceding three months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes affecting an active client are communicated directly, not just posted here.
